We will gladly accept returns of full priced merchandise within 14 days.

All items must be in same condition free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stain. All items must be unworn and unaltered and have its original tags.

Any items bought on sale or special ordered are final sale items not eligible for return.

Orders originally shipped with FREE SHIPPING will have the standard shipping charges removed from the return in the amount of $10.

If you would like to make an exchange, please place a new order and ship your original order back (you may also call the store to reserve your exchange item 865-850-4762).

Customer must pay for return shipping. The Village Exchange is not responsible for lost or damaged packages being returned.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and it is a USPS deliverable address. Any items that are not returned to us because of incorrect address or incorrect name are no fault of The Village Exchange.

Once we receive, and approve your return you will be issued a credit towards your original payment. Please allow 7-10 days for the credit to post to your account.
